About Super Hop
A polished side-scrolling platformer in the spirit of the 8-bit greats, with hand-drawn parallax worlds, chiptune music and tight controls. Run and jump across Meadow Run, Cavern Depths and Sky Fortress, stomp Grumbles, kick Shellback shells into enemies, dodge Thornbacks and Flappers, and bump ? blocks for coins, Star Fruit and the Blaze Berry fire power-up. Chain stomps for combo bonuses, hit checkpoints to save your progress, race the clock to the flag, and face the Fortress Keeper in a boss fight at the end of World 3. Includes pause, continue from your last world, touch controls and a local best score. Demo game built in-house for Drift Cart Games.
How to play Super Hop
- Press the Play button above. The game loads in seconds, with nothing to install.
- Arrow keys or A/D to move, Space or ↑ to jump (hold for a higher jump), Shift or X to run and throw fireballs, P to pause, M to mute. On-screen buttons on touch screens.
