Privacy policy

Last updated 31 October 2026.

This policy explains what information is collected when you use Drift Cart Games (https://www.thedriftcart.in), and how it is used. We keep it simple: you can play every game without creating an account, and we do not ask for your name, email or other personal details to play.

Information stored on your device

Games and the site may use your browser's local storage to save settings, best scores and game progress. This data stays on your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. If you install the site as an app, a service worker caches pages so they load faster and work offline.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and games are popular and how the site performs. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, device type and browser. It does not tell us who you are. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Advertising

Drift Cart Games is free because it is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense to show ads.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
  • Google's advertising cookies enable it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.
  • Where required by law, such as in the EEA and UK, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.

Embedded games

Many games are provided by partner game distributors and load from their servers inside a secure frame. These partners may use their own cookies or storage to run the game, save progress, measure performance or show in-game ads, under their own privacy policies. Optional in-game purchases, where offered, are handled entirely by the game provider.

Children

Our games are suitable for a wide audience, and we have a dedicated Kids section. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians who believe a child has provided personal information can contact us and we will help remove it.

Your choices

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some games may not save progress if you do.
  • Opt out of personalised ads and analytics using the links above.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete data held about you. Contact us to make a request.
